What is a Maricopa "spec"? A spec house is one of 2 things. Either the home was contracted for a client, and the transaction fell through, or the home was started by the new home builder, and it is nearing completion with no buyers. Both of these options can save you Tens of Thousands of dollars.
Most of the best deals in Maricopa are not listed on the MLS system that Realtors use. It takes the salesman too long to enter a home on the MLS that will only be for sale for a few days.
The salesperson then calls local Realtors that have brought them business before, and tells them that the smoking deal needs to be sold quickly.
That is where I come in. I scour over 30 builders every 2 days looking for those that have fallen through the cracks.

Surrounding Phoenix are the self sustaining cities of Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Peoria, Scottsdale, Queen Creek and the up and coming city of Maricopa. Purchasing Real Estate in each city, can prove challenging as the price and area is all different. You need an expert Realtor to answer some of your questions.
